Insurers and Third-Party Administrators (TPAs) do not have the authority to decide clinical treatment.

Only doctors can decide treatment.


Yet care across Malaysia still gets delayed.


Because one document controls the pace of care:


GL = Guarantee Letter = pre-authorisation before treatment can start.
