How to Delete Your Account

Please include in your email:
1. Your Registered email address
2. Your Phone Number
3. Confirmation that you want permanently delete your account
Our support team will verify your identity and process your deletion request
What Data Will Be Deleted
When your delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed :
What Data We Retain
For legal and security purposes, we may retain the following for up to 1 years :
Note : After 1 years, all retained data is permanently deleted from our systems and backups
Your profile information (name, email, phone number, etc)
All content you've created or uploaded
Your preferences and settings
Your activity history and usage data
Transaction records (required for financial auditing)
Basic account logs (for fraud prevention and security)
Data required to comply with legal obligations
Processing Time
Account deletion requests are typically processed withing 3-7 business days after we receive your email and verify your identity
